Return Policy

 

Standard Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of date on invoice.  Upon receipt by First Gear of the product in an unused and undamaged condition the proper credit will be issued.  Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit.  The restocking fee also applies to “Refused” shipments.  All returns must be sent back to First Gear shipping prepaid.  First Gear has the right to refuse to issue a credit for product returns that are not received in an unused or undamaged condition.


Return of Damaged Goods
Damaged product (as a result of a manufacturing defect only) as deemed by First Gear must be returned within 6 months of date on invoice. To be deemed as a manufacturer’s defect, product must be returned to First Gear for review.  A Return Service Label may be issued.  If product is deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect, First Gear will replace the product if available.  If the same product is no longer available for replacement the customer will be credited for the purchase price. First Gear has the right to decline issuing a credit for product that is not deemed as a manufacturing defect.
