1/50 Scale Beavertail Trailer

Another addition to our construction line

First Gear is pleased to announce the latest release in our ever-growing 1/50 scale construction equipment line --
a beavertail trailer -- or sometimes known as a tag-along trailer with beavertail.

This new trailer is a pintle-eye hitched tag trailer with beavertail deck. The beavertail deck has an 8 degree incline and includes rear folding ramps. Features include wood plack decking and chain eyelet details with reflective safety striping on the bed sides, and two-axle multi-leave suspension with eight tires, which allos for an overall weight capacity of 21 tons.
The diecast metal replica dimensions are 9"L x 2"W x 0.75"H and weighs nearly 0.5 lbs.

This new addition to our 1/50 scale product line can be paired with the recently released 1/50 Peterbilt Model 367 Dump Truck, or the previously released 1/50 scale Mack Granite MP Dump Truck. Both of these dump truck and trailer combinations will be offered, and the trailer will also be available as a stand-alone piece.

It is also imperative to let you know that several of our existing 1/50 scale construction equipment models will fit nicely on this trailer to create some interesting displays and dioramas. Our 1/50 scale Komatsu D51 EX and PX crawlers,
the 1/50 scale Komatsu WB146 backhoe loader, the 1/50 scale International TD-15 crawlers and the
1/50 scale International 175 crawlers are all appropriate models to display on this new trailer!
